Very nice slope shoulder dreadnought here, at a pretty nice price. Huss and Dalton make fantastic acoustic guitars and this one looks like it has been taken care of by the original owner for 20 years.
Ad says Sitka Spruce and Indian Rosewood, with Maple binding! I have seen Huss and Dalton instruments with Maple binding in person, and they are very well done. This one looks to be a great example.

You can really see the Maple binding in this side shot. It sets off the rosewood nicely.
Fairly minimal playwear on the first few frets. Looks like this one was enjoyed sparingly and gently.
I love Huss and Dalton's tweed cases. This is a great company, great guitar, and great deal. Another thing to note about this ad is the location the pictures were taken in. These are expensive guitars new and the house the pictures were taken in looks nice. That can sometimes give you a good idea of what you are getting into when you reach out to a seller. I would bet that this person will be professional to deal with. They bought the guitar new, according to the ad, and appear to be just moving on from it. Get in touch, go play it, and make an offer you are comfortable. This guitar is really nice.
